Fireside Frolics – Taken from Golden Glen: Willow Hazel & The Fairy Folk.

Around the fire, fairies were settling on petals, stones, and mushrooms as if choosing seats in
a tiny theatre. Others sat gently on small branches as if they were swinging in motion to a
tune that only they cold hear.
Firefly stretched out beside Willow, his fluffy tail curling neatly around his paws as he settled in
like a royal guest.
Amberith floated forward, radiating warmly.
“This evening, sweet child,” she said, “you will hear legends more ancient than the tallest
trees… tales from the first glint of the Glen.”
